  • Orders are accepted through our website only via the shop or order inquiry form.

  • For large or corporate orders, please submit an inquiry using our inquiry form before placing your order.

  • No last-minute bookings are allowed. Orders must be placed at least three days in advance of the shipping date.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders based on availability or capacity.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD on our Shop page and include flat-rate shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of order via our secure third-party processor (Square). We do not store payment details.

  • Taxes may apply based on your shipping location.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to NJ, NY, MD, VA, NC, and GA via USPS or similar carriers.

  • Delivery times vary (typically 2-5 business days) and depend on the carrier. We’re not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation must be made three days ahead of time. Contact us at info@laxondrasdelights.com at least three days before your scheduled shipping date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within three days of shipping are non-refundable, as baking begins then.

  • Refunds for defective or undelivered items are issued at our discretion after review.

  • Cookies are made with premium ingredients (e.g., real butter, chocolate) in a home kitchen that may process allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten).

  • Flavors include chocolate chip, red velvet, banana pudding, and more—see our Shop page for the full list.

  • We strive for consistency, but slight variations may occur due to handmade production.
